This movie is wonderful. It's about Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her struggle with being in a man's world where women aren't taken seriously. I looked it up and because I'm purposefully trying to find trouble I went through the google reviews and found the bad ones. (Because I can) So I shall respond to them because I'm bored with an itch to fight some dweebs.
Review 1:
This movie is awful. Not accurate at all. Where is legalizing prostitution? Ending mothers/fathers day? Integrating prison with male and female? Women being drafted? Ending all man/woman pronouns? Lowering age of consent to 12? Etc. She's useless and won't be missed. Check out her book for all of the above.
This movie is extremely accurate seeing as RBG is a real person. She isn't useless seeing as she's a huge reason why America is this way now. She helped give girls actual real rights and freedom. We are begging to her not to die. She is so old but so influential and if we lose her we lose a part of this country.
Review 2:
Dreary and pretentious, not to mention being glaringly wrong on many easily researched points.
Well Nelson Franks.... what are they? Now, now. Don't leave us in the dark. I'm curious
Review 3:
Maybe women were opressed long back. Now it's the men who are oppressed.
First of all, check your spelling. Second of all, NO. That is the complete opposite of what the movie was about. You stupid.
Review 4:
Why would I want to see a propoganda movie about a radical leftist who does not believe and uphold the Constitution? She does not honor her oath.
First of all yes she does. Her oath was to tell the truth. She told the full and complete truth. My favorite part of the movie.
" The word ‘woman’ does not appear even once in the U.S. Constitution.”
"Nor does the word freedom, your honor"
Hah suck it. She knows the constitution better than you. She argued the caregiver's tax deduction was unconstitutional and unmoral. It was both. Also propaganda? I'll talk about propaganda after I have to say the pledge of allegiance to the flag every morning. If that isn't American propaganda I need to move to China.
That's all I'm going to bother addressing. Its a wonderful movie and you HAVE to see it if you have time.
