The largest, Emperor penguin, with their white bellies, gold necks and fluffy gray children.
The King penguin look almost identical to their slightly bigger cousins except for the fact their necks are a deeper orange and their kids are brown fluffy monstrosities. Look the chicks in the eyes and you will see the screams of innocent townsfolk, houses burning down in a matter that can only be described as the end of the known world.
The chinstrap penguin has a distinctive chinstrap on their neck that makes it obvious what species they are.
Gentoo penguins have a complexity black head except for a white spot above their eye.
The Adelie Penguin, has a completely black head with white eyes, that make them seem small and innocent.
The Gentoo, Adelie and chinstrap penguins All have something in common that sets them apart from the other species pf penguins. They have bigger, bushy tails for a penguin that makes them faster swimmers and better hunters.
The African penguin or Jackass penguin, is known for its loud donkey-like sound. They have small black dots on their bellies that are unique to each penguin, like a human fingerprint.
The Magellanic and Humboldt penguins look just like the African penguins, but without the small dots.
The Magellanic penguins however can be found in warm climates such as Brazil, and have reported to be seen in Rio de Janiero where the average temperature is 87 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Humboldt penguin is found in Chile and Peru.
The Galapagos penguins are the only penguins in the Galapagos tropical islands.
Last but not least but certainly the smallest is the little penguin. Growing up to around 13 inches these are beloved penguins that the Australian government once deployed snipers to Sydney (Home of the Sydney Opera house, and dentist in Finding Nemo) to protect a little penguin colony.
